- Who we are. dP Relay is operated by [legal entity name], [country].
- Your account and app. You keep your appSecret private and are responsible for activity under it.
- Credits. Each message is billed at the rate for its track: $0.0015 on your own phone, ৳0.20 on our Bangladesh numbers. Packages expire after their validity window.

- Payments. Payments are made to a bKash wallet and approved by a person on our team. Credits are added on approval.
Refund and dispute process.

- Free trial. New apps receive 20 free messages valid for 30 days.
Limit of one trial per person or business.
- Delivery. We route messages to the carriers and devices you choose but can't guarantee delivery. Your own phone's delivery depends on its SIM, carrier and connection.
- Acceptable use. You agree to the Acceptable use rules and the fair-use rules, which apply to every plan.
- Availability and changes.
