How to pay for credits
Every payment ends at a bKash wallet. Pick a package, send the exact amount, then confirm your payment: paste the TrxID for a direct bKash payment, or follow the remittance steps below. We match it to the incoming bKash credit, and your credits appear.
Before you send
- Sign in and open Buy credits.
- Pick a package and choose your currency.
- Note the amount, the bKash number and the recipient name shown there. You'll enter all three in the steps below.
Send the exact amount shown so we can match your payment to the purchase. Check every digit of the bKash number: a transfer to a wrong but valid number can't be reversed.
Pay with bKash (BDT)
Best for: customers in Bangladesh.
- Open the bKash app and choose Send Money.
- Enter the bKash number shown on Buy credits.
- Enter the amount and confirm with your PIN.
- Copy the TrxID from the confirmation screen or SMS.
- Back on Buy credits, paste the TrxID and submit.
Pay from abroad (USD)
The services below deliver to a bKash wallet, and bKash lists each of them as a remittance partner. In each one, use the bKash number and recipient name from the Buy credits screen. Remittance senders don't receive a bKash TrxID, because bKash creates it, so there is nothing to paste.
Describe how remittance payments are matched, for example: send the exact BDT amount shown, by setting the "they receive" amount, then tell us the service and the time you sent it.
Which services work from your country?
Not every service sends to bKash from every country. This table follows bKash's own partner list, checked on 11 October 2026, and shows the services covered in these guides. bKash also lists local exchange houses in most countries. Check the live list before relying on it: bKash's money transfer partners.

Western Union or Ria with a secret number (MTCN)
This is an alternative to sending straight to the wallet. You send the transfer as usual and give us the secret number (the MTCN), and we claim it into our bKash account. Because the transfer company checks it, this option suits larger payments, such as annual plans.
- On Buy credits, pick a package and choose Pay with a Western Union or Ria secret number. Note the exact BDT amount and the recipient name shown.
- In the Western Union or Ria app, send exactly that BDT amount to the recipient name shown, using the delivery option they specify.
the delivery option to choose
- Copy the MTCN (secret number) from your confirmation.
- Back on Buy credits, enter the MTCN and the amount, then submit. Enter it only on that screen and don't share it with anyone else.
- We claim the transfer in bKash, and your credits are added once it succeeds. A person does this step. The claim itself can take up to 15 minutes to process.

Test before publishing: confirm which delivery option the sender must choose in each app so the transfer can be claimed in the bKash app, and whether the recipient name must match.
How to Send Using WorldRemit
Available in over 50 countries for fast mobile wallet routing.
- Select Country: Open WorldRemit and choose Bangladesh.
- Select Service: Tap Mobile Money and choose bKash as the payment network.
- Enter Amount: Input the sum you wish to transfer and click Next.
- Enter Beneficiary Info: Type the recipient's full legal name and the bKash number shown on Buy credits.
- Send Funds: Put in your international card details to authorize the transaction.
Ria, MoneyGram and ACE Money Transfer
bKash lists all three as partners for sending to a bKash account, but not from every country: its list doesn't show Ria for the US, UK or Canada, or ACE for the US or UAE.
Test one transfer with each and add its steps before publishing. In each, choose bKash or mobile wallet as the payout method, then enter the recipient name and the bKash number from Buy credits.
After you send
Open Buy credits, choose the same package, paste your TrxID (or, for a remittance, the details above) and submit. We match it to the incoming bKash payment. Matching is automatic when the details agree and checked by a person otherwise. Most payments are confirmed quickly. Follow progress under your transactions. If a TrxID is rejected as already used, check that you haven't pasted it against another pending purchase.
